Let it snow

After temps in the mid-high 60s on Sunday, we're back down to the 30s and in the mornings it's "felt like" it was in the 20s (stupid wind chill). We actually had our first very light snow late last night. My computer is in front of three windows, but I somehow managed to miss the first snow. #idiot

Winter is officially on its way, and I  trying to brace myself for months of freezing weather. Now that it's cold and windy, I find myself walking down the street with tears streaming down my face. My eyes are very sensitive, and I look like I just went through a breakup. It is ridiculous, and I actually considered buying a pair of ski goggles to keep this from happening. Because ski goggles are cool. And I walked a mile to the dentist today–I swear I almost developed frostbite.

Now that it's too cold to go outside without my fingers freezing and falling off, it is time to winterize. I love these striped glittens and  this puffy coat from J. Crew. both on sale + an extra 30% off.
