Giveaway: Kaeng Raeng

As you know, health is a topic that is very important to me. So when I found Kaeng Raeng, I knew I had to give it a try. I am not an advocate of crazy cleanses (water, lemon, and cayenne? gross/stupid), but this one made sense to me. You are receiving nutrients and giving your body a chance to reset. I've also found that cleanses like this give me a new outlook on food, and a better sense of control of what and how much I put in my body. It is made from California grown ingredients and is animal free, gluten free, caffeine free and eco-friendly.

Here's how it works:

Choose your level: The Beginner (for first time users - our most gentle formula), The Veteran (for those having done at least one detox - our medium level intensity), or The Master (for regular detoxers - you know who you are).

Choose your timeline - either 3 or 6 day. You can use water, juice, or non-dairy milk. For best results, just add water. You can also blend it with liquid, frozen fruit, or ice for a thicker sweeter smoothie.

Today I am giving away a 3 day beginner cleanse. I have tried the beginner and even though I am no longer a vegetarian, I plan on trying the advanced post-paleo challenge. I mix the packet in the blender with ice and water, and it tastes like a delicious smoothie.

  2. I am just getting into the diet & exercise game, so I think this would be another great step. I've just started with calorie monitoring, and trying to build my self-control to keep me from binging. So far, so good! I'm about to make the big commitment and join a gym in December! I'm nervous but I'm excited to get back in the game.

  3. Just joined the gym and set up time with a personal trainer. I need to start eating healthier and working out regularly. This would make it a great start!

  5. I've been looking for a cleanse to try and would love to try this one. I run to stay in shape and am running my first half marathon Dec 9th, so after that would be the perfect time to try this cleanse :)

  6. This looks good! I've done the yogi detox tea before. It's a super gentle way to do a cleanse. As far as fitness goes, I take a weekly yoga class but other that that, it's so hit or miss. I jog a lot when I'm training for a run, but in the meantime (or like now when it's cold and rainy out), I'm not so good. I need to get moving though so that I can nibble around the holidays :)

Liked them on facebook. Would love to try this!

  7. sweat every day! alternate between gym, running, and yoga. you have to love yourself before you can love others :)

  8. while I've been able to maintain a great deal of self-control despite all the holiday snacks starting to trickle in at work, my commitment issues tend to be with actually making it to the gym. I have a membership and I got anywhere between one to three times a week for an hour/hour and a half but am working to step it up to four times a week :) I would love to try a cleanse though and try to modify my diet a bit more to include more green smoothies!

  9. I maintain a mainly Paleo diet and try to ingest as many fresh/raw foods as possible. I limit dairy and keep all else within moderation because I think that is the most realistic situation. I have always wanted to try a cleanse and this is the most perfect opportunity!

  10. on day two of gluten and sugar free - although, technically i slipped when an m&m made it's way into my trail mix while gabbing next to the craft service table today. working in production makes it hard to maintain a low calorie diet. even though the gluten/sugar free approach may not work for me, it's making me monitor and think twice about what i eat. all in moderation, as they say...

  12. I've been looking for a way to jump start healthier eating habits for a while. I'm generally pretty active and jog or walk at least 20 minutes every day, but am definitely in need of something different to get be back on the right track to eating healthy!

  18. I do hot yoga and run outside with my dog. I have been looking to do a cleanse for some time now!

  19. I've tried this cleanse before and love it! I try to eat healthy and get some sort of exercise daily, even if it's a short walk. I really believe in doing and eating everything in moderation, so I still like to indulge every now and again. :)

  20. I got married in August of 2011 and for a while let myself get comfortable with living a sedentary lifestyle...I never gained the Freshman 15 back in college but definitely gained the Newlywed 10! A few months ago a decided to get back to my old self and have since been frequenting the gym at least 3-4 times a week, taking classes like Yoga and core fitness. Never felt better but definitely would love to try this cleanse!

  21. I've done a few different cleanses before but am always interested in what's new! Right now I'm up at 5:30am MWF for bootcamp and run about 15 miles a week! But if given the opportunity, I'd eat a baguette with olive oil every night for dinner ;)

  22. I have not done a cleanse yet but have been dying to try one! I eat as much organic as possible and stay away from processed foods. I exercise 6-7 days a week. Fitness and health is my obsession.

  23. I Crossfit 5-6 times per week at CrossFit Omaha. I aim to maintain an 80/20 Paleo diet - and keep the '20' that is non-paleo mostly whole foods (avoid packaged non-foods). I have never tried a cleanse, although this 2-day challenge that allows raw fruits and veggies looks doable to me. Good luck on your Paleo Challenge and welcome to the community! Pick Me!

  24. I was just looking this product up a couple weeks ago!!! It looks so great!! I def need to reset myself! I've been hitting the gym 2-4 times a week and barre 1-2. I've added back running into the routine, which has made me feel so much better.

  25. Oh man am I in need of a full body reset (following Hurricane Sandy & a girlfriend from college in town)! I have tried different cleanses before (BluePrint) and although I have loved the results, they are often hard to stick to and leave me feeling weak. As far as workout routine, I workout 4-5 days a week, alternating between cardio and weights, and ballet barre classes. I also try to squeeze a spin class in a few times a month, depending on my schedule.

  26. I am looking to completely revamp and get rid of some fairly unhealthy lifestyle choices I've made for years. The first of which is my diet. This would be an amazing way to kick that off!

  27. This sounds very interesting!
I would love to try it!
I usually get a hydrotherapy colonic about every 3-6 months. I was SO freaked out about it before i went my first time. It was fantastic. I felt SO much better afterward!

  28. I've been DYING to try this!

I get a good walk in every day thanks to my two year old golden retriever and try and make it a point to get to the gym for some cardio/weights 3x a week and do yoga at least twice.

    Thanks for the great giveaway!

  29. Thank you for this giveaway. I have wanted to try this. I was an avid cyclist (road bike) until an accident left me too scared. I know found the next best thing... I ride an Espresso bike at my gym. I also do weights 3/4x a week.

  30. I lost 80 lbs by running and doing half marathons after my 3rd child was born. I was born a runner after children! Gave it up this year for a bit because my knee was messed up, picked it back up last month and have been running regularly since. I need to drop another 15 lbs to be at a healthy weight and I'm waiting for biopsy results to see if I have another adventure to tackle.

  31. I am struggling to get back into a good diet and exercise routine. Since my dog passed away a couple months ago, I have been in a depression and let myself fall apart both emotionally and physically, but I need to do this for my health.

  32. Like on FB (love the cleanse!)

Being a busy mom of 4, lately, my exercise has been *trying* to keep the house cleaned, my food has been just as bad. We don't eat out often, but I do opt for quick and easy at home, which is usually PB&J for the kids and I. I do feel pretty bad ass when I make an amazing meal, though!

  33. I went vegan as my New Year's Resolution this year and have been extremely happy with how much healthier I look and feel!

  34. I'm reading "Crazy Sexy Diet" by Kris Carr and resisted a boxed macaroni and cheese meal for dinner last night (but, but... it's organic! NO.), instead committing to a grocery cart full of fresh greens, organic avocados and sweet potatoes and a few different green supplement powders to try in a morning smoothie. I've kept tabs on Kaeng Rang via Facebook for a while and would love to incorporate their Beginner Cleanse into my efforts to overturn my bad nutrition habits.

  35. i just switched to a vegetarian diet to improve my health - lose weight of course, but also to lower my cholesterol. I've also increased my workout routine and am starting to feel really good!

  36. I haven't eaten meat in about 8 months but am still eating some fish, so I guess I've adopted a pescatarian diet. I feel great but know I still have a ways to go to truly be a "clean" eater. I'd love to give this a try and see how I feel. I've never done a cleanse before.

  37. I love spin classes and I try to eat Paleo 80/20. you inspired me to do a 60 day 100% paleo challenge! i would love a cleanse!

  38. I am a mom and a blogger and those two things don't add up to a lot of working out. I love to bake and make yummy things for my family. I do love eating from local farms and non GMO/Organic products. I would dearly love a clean start before the holiday! Thanks for offering this!

  39. So interesting that you are doing this giveaway! Lauren Conrad has also endorsed this product via her blog, and if you are giving it a second, I feel as though I may actually be able to trust a cleanse product (they scare me a bit). Honestly, my health routine is simple: walk the doggies, drink plenty of water, eat clean, and have a glass of wine/beer when needed :) I work with a personal trainer once a week, but find that I feel my best after yoga class.

Thanks for doing such a great giveaway!

  40. I have been wanting to do a cleanse for a while now and this would be the perfect opportunity to try! Since I am a student, I spend most of my time in front of the computer at the library or at my desk in my apt. My exercise routine at the moment consists of biking to/from campus daily, in addition to once weekly yoga. I know I could be doing more but I am doing the best that I can when I have to spend so much time studying.

  41. I'm actually going to get my Mat Pilates teacher training in January! Over the summer I discovered, and fell in love with, Pilates and decided I wanted to be able to share that with others. That, along with a clean diet (yay veggies!), allows me to power through my day and feel strong :) I'm so excited for this giveaway because I have heard so much about Kaeng Raeng and I really want to try their products
