Latte, powder, or black (which would match my bag). Your thoughts?

Decadent
While in NYC, I treated myself to this bag by Decadent. It was the week before my 30th and while I wouldn't normally just splurge on a bag, I decided to go for it. You only turn 30 once, after all. I was so excited when the people at Decadent offered to send a matching wallet as a belated birthday gift, but I'm having a little trouble choosing a color. While these bags and wallets come in a million gorgeous colors, my current wallet is orange, so I'd like to go with something neutral.

I love the wallet in powder! You just can't get black, it would get lost in the black depths of the inside of the bag!

ReplyDeleteLatte! That way when you pull it out, the bag + wallet combination goes with any outfit! Plus, I've been loving the combination of black & tan (that Phillip Lim bag that's two tone -- I die!) :) Lucky you!

ReplyDeleteI like the latte! Love brown and black more than the pink and black combo. I am currently using a bag that is similar to the powder pink color and I love it, so really...not so sure you can go wrong with any of those!

ReplyDeleteI like the latte- it would go with black or brown, or anything in between. The powder is beautiful, but I would hate to see it become dirty powder. I sometimes tend to be too practical about these things though! What a nice belated gift from them, and the bag is gorgeous!

ReplyDeleteAbsolutely love that bag! I would go with latte! I love brown and black together and think it's good to have different colors from a brand you love. The powder makes me nervous {although it's beautiful} because you'll notice dirt or any marks more obviously.
ReplyDeleteLove the powder but it may get dirty easily? I always get wallets in contrasting colors from the interior of my bag--otherwise they get lost in the jumble!

ReplyDeletethis bag is gorgeous and i have never heard of this designer before, so i'm going to go and check them out now. whilst i really like the two paler colours, these will get dirty/discoloured quicker, so i would go for the black :) xx

ReplyDeleteI would go with powder. It will go with any person you buy later and black can get so boring, especially when you have a black bag. So pull out a contrasting wallet.
ReplyDeleteI have neon green/yellow wallet and I get compliments on it all the time. It's fun to pull out something totally different than what you would think should go along with the bag.

As much as I like the Powder, it will not hide the dirt so Latte is a better bet.

ReplyDeleteThat sounds lovely! Although my family lives in the same city, I usually spend the holidays running around from place to place. With divorced parents and my significant other's family, there are a lot of festivities! I am extremely thankful for the many wonderful people to share the holidays with, but it gets to be a bit too much. This year I'd like to take a little time to myself to spend with my boyfriend and dog! my significant other and dog.
