I am on the hunt for new flats for NYC. I love heels but let's face it – I am not Carrie Bradshaw. I think these studded flats would be perfect for Fashion week. But since I brought up heels, hellooooo McQueen. I think I love you.

I'm really enjoying studs and spikes on jewelery and purses, but for some reason I just can't join the bandwagon about spikes on shoes. It just looks too harsh to me for some reason.

Lands End has a decent studded-flats alternative for under $100. The studs aren't spiky though, so if that's what you're looking for, they won't work. I think they're cute though!

Studs are definitely here to stay (the male version included)! I also have a plain black La Mer watch, but I think I now need to add a studded version as well!
