And she's right. I do have a lot to be thankful for. I also live in a city that I love, work with some really amazing clients, have the greatest dog on the planet, and a family that loves and supports me. So there you have it. I am looking for a new place in Chicago. I'll keep you all posted and can't wait to do a little redecorating!

have a thing for arms (on men & chairs) and the English roll
arm is no exception. It may be one of my favorite things in the whole
world. I wrote about them here and here. I also have a thing for tufting. Irresistible.

Oh Danielle, something similar happened to me a couple of years ago and I felt devastated, but then I found an apartment I loved and that Lola and I have called home for a while now and we love it. You will find the apartment of your dreams soon. I know you will. XO
ReplyDeleteOh, when we didn't get our dream house I was devastated. I moved on, but with a little less enthusiasm at first. I eventually got back on board, but I still wondered what happened to that house. I LOVED it. We are going to be in Chicago again this weekend. We would love suggestions! xo

The idea of focusing on gratitude instead of what's missing in your life is such an important one to hold on to, especially when faced with big changes and transition. Thank you for reminding me!

We moved into our new home last week, after finding 3 perfect houses only for someone else to sweep it from under us, we finally had our offer accepted, now I have a courtyard,spa tub,and a park right across the way for my kids to play at. I know how you feel, but something better is around the corner.

I eventually got back on board, but I still wondered I beg your pardon? Happened to so as to accommodation. I LOVED it. We are up for grabs to stay in the field of Chicago again this weekend.
