The Everygirl goes vegetarian

Our contributing food editor Lara Matos has done it again but this time, she's come up with five vegetarian recipes under $50 for The Everygirl. The benefit of being the photographer behind these shoots is that you get to sample the food, and let me tell you...it was delicious. The black bean veggie burger is the best homemade veggie burger I have ever had, and the zucchini fritters are like woah. You can download or print the shopping list and recipes in our handbook!

Figures that I'm posting these tasty recipes the day I start my new detox/cleanse. I am actually really excited about it and will share more soon!
