Because you love my face so much?

Alaina and I worked on The Everygirl until midnight & I finally started working on this post after cleaning my kitchen. Did you see yesterday's feature? We had lots of fun with that one. Anyway! My post was finished and I clicked to undo my last move, everything vanished & the draft saved before I could get it back. 

That sucked. 

So I'm keeping this one short and simple because it is now 2:00 am and I am exhausted. Maura and John Stoffer photographed my home for Rue Magazine. They did a lovely job, so we turned to Maura when we needed to photographs for our co-founders page. I suppose I should tell you that I hate hate hate having my photograph taken. I am awkward and do not photograph well. I had the same profile photo for all of 2011 because it was the only photo I had. But Maura is a girl genius who captured my good side. I think I love her. I thought I'd share these with you because a. Maura is awesome and b. You just don't get to see enough of me on the blog. Right? [smile and nod]

Alaina did something to make me laugh. I did a portion of the routine for her. Thank you, Monica and Ross.

Oh, look. It's Alaina in a sea of flowers. She's so photogenic. Her close-ups are bananas.

  4. I love seeing you both together. Makes my heart happy. Good girl friends are the best. And you both look gorgeous :). Though, I can relate to hating getting your picture taken. I used to be an actor and had to get headshots every couple of years and I always dreaded it because I feel like SUCH a doofus when its just me and the camera.

  7. I have never been a pink girl but lately I have been loving hot pink!! Such a cute shirt. I am also wanting a pair of leopard print shoes! Love your stlye and your hair. Also, I have been loving the Everyday Girl.

    But I think you ARE photogenic. And I love your short hair. You can't have short hair when you're bald...and a woman.

  13. On the contrary, you've always photographed well in my opinion! I agree it can be hard to look natural in pictures, I struggle with that too. You just seem so happy in all of these, maybe that is what it is ;)
