A few notes. I have been using Bobbi Brown's products since high school. I have very dry and sensitive skin and her line is incredibly hydrating. I exfoliate with St. Ives Apricot Scrub at least twice a week. The Clarisonic Mia is amazing. My skin feels much cleaner when I use it. If you are going to splurge on one item from SKII, I cannot say enough good things about the facial lift emulsion. Use it for two weeks and you will see an improvement in your skin.
As some of you may know, I had a pre-cancerous mole removed last year. I encourage you to read that story -- especially if you haven't been to your dermatologist in a while! I encourage all of you to wear your sun screen, sign the sun savvy pledge and take care of your skin!

I LOVE the Hope in a Jar Moisturizer by Philosophy. I've been slathering my face religiously for the past two years and I've noticed such a difference. I also use their face sunscreen when I run. For face soap, I love Caudalie foaming cleanser. It's reasonably priced and works great for my dry and sensitive skin.
So great learning about new products, I am so boring. I use my Clarisonic with Cetaphil, very basic. Thats as far as it goes for me.
You are the third person to recommend the Clarisonic Mia to me this week! I am going to try it out.
My must-have skincare item is a very simple product from the drugstore. Pore strips. I have clogged pores on my nose, and they are the only thing that cleans them out!

I got a Clarisonic for Christmas and absolutely love it. It leaves my skin so soft and smooth. I also love the Skin Ceuticals line. Thank you for the very important reminder to be sun savvy!

I use St. Ives Apricot scrub in the shower, always remove my makeup at night, and put a good layer of Oil of Olay moisturizer on my face in the morning and before bed.
Love my new Clarisonic. I also use Kiehl's Oil Free cleanser and moisturizer. If I splurge, I love using Aveda face cream in the winter -- so rich and really adds hydration to my dry skin. And, I always always have hand cream with me -- hands can get so dry. xo
I actually put on moisturizer with sunscreen in it this AM, partly thinking of your post. I think it's great that you're bringing awareness to the sun protection issue!
Bobbi's products are indeed the best! I've been using them since high school as well. Great post.

I got a Clarisonic Mia for Christmas and I am in love with it. Have you tried any of the other cleansers?
I looove my Clarisonic MIA. Got a leopard print one this Fall and it changed my life! My must haves are that, my Fresh Sugar Scrub (smells so good and is effective yet gentle,) Kiehls Moisturizer w/SPF 15, and... one thing you may be missing but only because my skin is super dry... face oil! I am obsessed with Sunday Riley's Juno but also love Rodin and Nuxe!
I really want number 2, it's been on my list for quite some time!

I'm a Bobbi Brown girl too and love pretty much anything she makes (with a few exceptions). I've had a Clarisonic for about three years and I haven't regretted spending $200 on that for a moment. My dermatologist also recommended a drug store cream (cannot for the life of me remember it now) to use as a moisturizer, which I use every day on my neck and every other day or so during the day (it's a little heavy to use every day).
I should use sunscreen much more than I do, having been down the pre-cancerous mole route several times before, but honestly, it's hard to find a product with sunscreen in it that I actually like.
I'm so low maitenance when it comes to skin care. My friends are always shocked when I tell them that I use Dove bar soap to wash my face. I am thinking about investing in a clarisonic to kick my skin care routine into shape though.
Almost all of my makeup is Bobbi Brown, and I used Bobbi's skincare line from high school up until this past October. Then I discovered Kate Somerville. She is a skin care expert, and now that I've been using her products, I will never use anything else. My skin used to get incredibly dry and flaky in the winter when I was using Bobbi Brown, but Kate Somerville's Nourish Daily Moisturizer is absolutely incredible. My skin has not been dry or flaky at all this winter. I also LOVE her Eye Release Under Eye Repair Cream. I turned 27 in October, and started freaking out a little about aging (I know, ridiculous) but this eye cream is amazing. I also use her SPF 55 Serum Sunscreen everyday under my makeup (as well as at the beach). It's so lightweight and non-greasy, so it never makes me break out. Neiman Marcus carries her line, and I highly suggest you stop by her counter and pick up some samples to try. Her products are pretty expensive, but in my opinion, well worth it!!
i started using retin-A for skin problems, but i'm staying on a low dose because i love the anti-wrinkle elements. maybe i'm crazy, but my skin looks so much better! i'm also growing addicted to my dermalogica eye cream.
I'm personally addicted to vichy products right now.I just love how they are so light and do absolute wonders with my skin. As for the sun I try to hide as much as possible :)

Ok am I the only person on earth who has not tried the Clarisonic yet? Everyone talks about it! I just seem to find more and more reasons to get it, but little thing is expensive!

The only thing my skin likes are Neutrogena products. It rebels every time I use anything else! I do want to invest in the Clarisonic. I've heard nothing but good things about it! Hope you and Buddy are enjoying the snow!
