favorites from 2011

Happy New Year! Hope you all had a wonderful New Year's Eve!

In an effort to keep things interesting on the blog, I have some questions for my lovely readers.
What are your favorite series/post topics?
What would you like to see more/less of here at Breakfast at Toast?
I would love your feedback!

Here are a few of my favorites from 2011.

These question of the day posts are always fun. I haven't done one in a while but love learning more abut all of you.

If you could go anywhere in the world right now...where would you go?

I really enjoyed my Color POP series but quickly grew tired of color pop home.

I love an excuse to celebrate anything. First came wedding week [the week Will & Kate tied the knot]. Then a week of summer, birthday week, fall week, Halloween week & a week of thanks.  There were several Christmas posts but I did not have an official "Christmas week." How unlike me.

I always love a fun roundup of...well...anything. Leopard, sparkles, GOLD. You name it.

I had a pre-cancerous mole removed from my back and wrote this post. It was [in my opinion] the most important post I wrote last year. If you have not had your skin checked by a dermatologist in the past year, please make 2012 the year you take care of your skin!

I had fun sharing my guilty pleasures.

I reader asked for help decorating her dorm. I had never lived in a dorm. Went straight from my mom's house to an apartment, so this was my first time decorating a dorm room.

I cut my hair & shared this photo. I do not like having my photo taken so this was a pretty big deal. And then there was the orange coat.

I did [very] little cooking & baking. My Sparkly gold pancakes were [featured on Refinery29]

I went to NYC with Alaina. Hoping for some more travel posts in 2012!

The Pup's feature on People Magazine's website was definitely a highlight for me.

And my latest obsession -- budget friendly fashion.

Happy New Year!

I would love for you to do a post on skin care because your skin is flawless and I would like to know your secret! I have always looked younger than my years--until this year. I feel like I look every bit of 34 and I do not like it! :D Happy New Year!
