Oh, I had a Laura Ashley room too...You never know how many pastel floral prints you can put in one room till you try. But I loved it. Did I mention my headboard was carved bunnies? xoxo

I guess there's something to be said for the concept of decorating a kid's room with items that will take them into teenage years (and in the case of some of the rooms above, adulthood...I mean, the desk lamps, the Louis chair, the artwork? I'd put all that in my apartment now!). The first bedroom photo cracks me up though. Honestly, what kid would want to live there? It looks like a well appointed jail cell!

Love the city print and the vintage map :-) I think that maps are such a great way to decorate kids' rooms. Once Joe graduates from his nursery, I think that I'll go with a map/geography theme!

Based on every babysitting interaction I've ever had, those rooms would stay that way for approximately .5 seconds before some crayola product made its way all over those very chic children's furnishings. That being said with a dream budget and dream kiddos I'd be all about these rooms.

These rooms are adorable... although, I would be afraid of my toddler adding some of his own design aesthetic to these gorgeous pieces.

Wow - these are gorgeous! I want the first room for myself, honestly, but I can only imagine the damage a kiddo like my 3 year old nephew could do to it...

Ditto! I had pink floral wallpaper, a la Ferris Bueller's sister's room, including the mauve telephone.

Love that print (#2)!!!
