With these high temps, pants are just not an option. I actually haven't worn jeans in over a month. The thought of a dress makes me uncomfortable. It's all about the shorts.

it is so so so hot! i am dying! i can only wear shorts-i wore palazzo pants today, and i was dying. these are great options! i have been searching for some more shorts, and i am definitely checking out shopbop now! :)

It's actually been unseasonably cool here in Northern California (high 80s to mid 90s) for most of the summer. So I feel your guys' pain. All the different colored denim and paper bag silhouettes has made it an excited shorts season though. Love the rainbow chinos, I wish J.Crew made plus sizes, or at least extended their range a little larger so I could get in on the fun.

Love the first ones! I can't do paper bag waists, but those last pleated ones are pretty cool... it's roasting here, as well, can't remember the last day I wore sleeves or pant legs!

I love shorts, especially in this kind of weather!! I have loved my silk shorts with a cute bow tied to the side and I scored a great deal on some Lilly shorts too! Gotta love summertime shorts!!
I really do not wear shorts much, though I recently got some silk shorts and I can't get enough of them!

I HATE this heat- basically just hide inside all day. I love these pics- especially the ikat and lace ones...sadly post kids, my legs are not cute enough for such short numbers- pretty much stick to skirts on these gross hot days.
